Refund policy
1. Introduction and Scope
This Refund Policy governs the purchase of all digital products and infoproducts (including, but not limited to, online courses, downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and video content) offered through the www.copykillrs.com website, operated by Copykillrs ("we," "us," or "our").
By completing a purchase, the Customer ("you") confirms and agrees to be bound by the entirety of this No Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Digital Product Nature and Finality of Sale
Our products are non-tangible digital goods delivered instantly via download, link access, or membership login. Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital access and knowledge transfer:
All sales of our digital products are deemed Final and Non-Refundable.
Once the transaction is complete and the product access has been delivered, whether the product is used or not, the sale is considered final. We offer no refunds, exchanges, or credits for purchases made.
3. Waiver of Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Compliance)
For Customers in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK):
You acknowledge that, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and related UK legislation concerning consumer rights, the right of withdrawal (or "cooling-off period") for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.
By proceeding with the purchase and receiving immediate access to the digital content, you:
-
Give your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
-
Acknowledge and agree that by giving this consent, you forfeit and lose your statutory right of withdrawal from the contract.
Therefore, the purchase is a Final Sale from the moment of access, and you waive any entitlement to a refund under these statutory rights.
4. Limited Exception for Proven Technical Faults
We guarantee that our digital products are functional and accessible as described on our sales pages.
If you encounter a technical fault (such as a corrupt file or broken access link) that is proven to be caused by our platform and prevents access to the content, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of purchase. We will first attempt to remedy the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Only if we are unable to resolve the proven, platform-based technical fault will a full refund be considered at our sole discretion. Technical issues caused by your hardware, software incompatibility, or internet connection are excluded from this exception.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We reserve the right to contest any chargeback initiated by you against a purchase of our digital products. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we will consider it a breach of this policy and may immediately and permanently terminate your access to all purchased infoproducts and future services offered by Copykillrs.
6. Contact Information
If you have any questions regarding this policy or require technical assistance, please contact us prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback:
